EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS
Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
If an item is out of stock the customer will be notified within 24-48 hours.
Free Ground Shipping
All orders within the Continental U.S. over $100.00 have the option of free shipping.
Wesley’s recommends customers use a street address and not a P.O. Box for their shipping destination.
Orders unable to be shipped on Friday will go out the following Monday.
Expedited Shipping
Select your preferred shipping speed at check out for Real-Time quotes based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
In-Store and Curbside Pickup

For an online order, select ‘in store pickup' in the Shipping options at checkout. If you are placing a phone order and would like curbside pickup, please let our salesperson know your preference.
- We will notify you via email or phone call when your order is ready for pickup.
- When you arrive at our store, please park as close as possible to our front door and call the store at 773.667.7463 when you've arrived.
- Our team member will ask for your order information and the make, model, and color of your car. We can either bring the shoes out and place them directly in your car trunk, or leave them outside the door, depending on your preference.
- For everyone's safety, we ask that any questions or concerns with your order be handled over the phone.
- Returns: for everyone's safety, we ask that returns be shipped back to the store. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Returns
For Domestic Returns:
Wesley’s does not pay for return shipping.
You may use your own label or return the item to the store in person.
Please make sure the return is postmarked within 14 days of delivery and the shoe is unworn.
For International Returns:
Please notify us with the tracking number and order number so we can make sure your return gets to our return location promptly.
For Exchanges:
In an effort to simplify and expedite the order process, we will no longer be processing exchanges online.
If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order for the preferred item and send the unwanted item back for refund.
This allows your new shoes to be more quickly delivered and prevent the shoe or size from being sold before we receive your return.
After 45 days from purchase date, orders cannot be refunded or issued merchandise credit.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at 1-847-256-3545 or email us at info@wesleyshoes.com. Please include your instructions regarding a refund in the package, along with a copy of your receipt.

Returns and exchanges may be made within the 30 days following the receipt of your order on unworn, like new shoes. If the shoes are returned without their original shoe box a $10 restock fee will be deducted. Simply ship them back to the address below. If you would like an exchange please include instructions in the box.
Defective items will be accepted within 1 year of the original purchase date. Please call the store for a defect return authorization code prior to shipping them back. Defects do not include normal wear and tear.
Returns will be processed within 2 days of the receipt of the merchandise. It may take up to 4 business days for the credit to show up on your statement.
We are not responsible for any shipping charges involved in the return merchandise. Collect shipments will be refused.
