Refund policy
At Wesley Shoes, we want every customer to be completely happy with their purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.
Online Purchases:
Returns and exchanges for online orders may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in new condition, and include the original shoe box and packaging. Please include your packing slip when sending items back. If the shoes are returned without their original shoe box a $10 restock fee will be deducted.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, just let us know when you start your return.
Defective items can be returned within 1 year of the original purchase date. Please give us a call before sending them back so we can provide a return authorization. (Please note: normal wear and tear isn’t considered a defect.)
Refunds for online purchases will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Collect-on-delivery shipments will be refused.
In-Store Purchases:
For purchases made in-store, we’re happy to offer store credit or exchanges for unworn items, but we do not provide refunds. This policy is posted in-store and printed on receipts to help keep things clear for everyone.
